Acapulco is a major port city for cruise lines, which also contributes to its popularity among travelers. Acapulco has a reputation for great nightlife, but the real attraction for visitors tends to be the many different Acapulco beaches that are present.

Playa Diamante
Playa Diamante is one of the beaches in Acapulco that attract surfers because of the high waves that are present. Playa Diamante is located near the airport and also is a good beach if you are hoping to collect some sea shells.
Playa Condesa
Playa Condesa is a beach that attracts a lot of visitors. Playa Condesa is one of the more popular Acapulco beaches as it rests in the Golden Zone which is Acapulco’s main tourist resort and hotel area. Play Condesa is a good place to do some shopping and to take in a restaurant or two. A lot of the nightlife in Acapulco originates in Play Condesa and Playa Condesa is a popular Acapulco beach among spring breakers.
Puerto Marques Beach
Puerto Marques is a popular beach among the locals which makes it one of the better beaches in Acapulco to head to if you are looking to get away from all the crowds at the other Acapulco beaches. Puerto Marques beach has relaxing calm waters and is mostly void of the usual vendors that you will find among other Acapulco beaches. The nice thing about this beach attracting locals is that the cost of a good meal will be relatively less versus the cost of some meals at some of the other tourist heavy beaches in Acapulco.
Acapulco is home to many beaches with Golden sand and amazing views of the ocean. You will find a little diversity in the various Acapulco beaches that you visit. Have fun at the beach and do not forget the sunscreen.
